All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days within the United States. Total time from order placement to delivery is usually 5–10 business days, including processing time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing, may occasionally affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Where We Ship

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. If you are located outside the US and would like to place an order, please contact us at mionbeauty.info@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, as packages are occasionally logged as delivered slightly before arrival. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at mionbeauty.info@gmail.com within 7 days and we will help resolve the issue.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement, please reach out to us at mionbeauty.info@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
