Refund Policy
We want you to love your Mion Beauty purchase. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept physical returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind every order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at mionbeauty.info@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Delivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at mionbeauty.info@gmail.com and we will investigate and make it right — including a replacement or refund if your order is confirmed lost in transit.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or replacements for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect use of the product. We are also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at mionbeauty.info@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, the product must be unopened and in its original, unused condition to qualify for this cancellation right.
Refunds
Once your refund or replacement request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at mionbeauty.info@gmail.com.
